如要告不小心駕駛, 交警係唔係會即時話你知??? 會 但吾會問你取電話: 系入你罪會即時比告票你, 之後過幾日你要交罰款............. 2) 你應該吾算系不小心駕駛 可能只系入錯位 / 開得快左小小 系小問題 , 所以佢會比機會你

Not necessary. There is no law requiring the police to take immediate action. So the police can issue a ticket afterward without your presence. The police has access to the Transportation Department record (which has your personal information). So it is not necessary for the police to talk to you before a ticket can be issued. For example, speeding/red light ticket caught by automatic system (camera) are issued without the driver's presence.
