成日都會失眠 !有咩方法令到自己好瞓 d減少失眠 ?

1.不要太夜睡

2.避免睡前講電話令自己太興奮

3.你說得對, 太大壓力吾開心 都會睡不安寧

4.避免睇過度刺激或恐怖的電影或書籍

5.飲遠志酸棗仁湯, 或圓肉茶, 都可安靜寧神, 睡得甜一些

6.飲玄參生地夏枯草茶, 清肝火, 減少發惡夢

7.睡前暖水浴

8.睡在床上不要胡思亂想, 也不要迫自己睡, 平常心放鬆心情

9.將睡房睡床營造一個舒適整潔的環境

10.就算先一日睡得不好, 都避免午睡, 以免惡性循環
