			  <description>我是一名國二生

放學回到家後第一件事就是睡覺

不然完全沒法做任何事

然後凌晨再起來寫功課 但是起床沒多久就會覺得很累想睡覺

就這樣循環

目前已經持續一個多月了

而一個多月前 我的作息超級不好 非常晚才睡

國一時我的情緒非常低迷 整天在想死的那種 所以天天熬夜

一天睡不到3小時 甚至創下5天睡不到5小時的那種

但當時晚上都還有精神

現在情緒好一點了（發現了讓自己開心的東西 能暫時忘掉煩惱）

想晚睡也沒辦法 因為很累

撐到7點我就覺得很厲害了  但通常不到下午5點就睡覺了

所以現在我也很少吃晚餐

我只是想問該怎麼辦或可能是生病了嗎?

不想看到有人說不珍惜自己的身體

或什麼年紀輕輕就想死之類的話..........

希望有人能幫我解答
