你覺得壓力大可以有唔同的解決方向

1) 尋找壓力來源

壓力來源可以有好多：

來自家人期望？功課太多？太多課外活動唔夠時間休息？

唔識做功課而覺得有壓力？

需要先了解壓力來源，才可以對症下藥呢！

否則只會治標不治本。

2) 尋找解壓方法

通常每個人都有適合自己的減壓方法

例如搵社工傾、食野、聽歌、做運動、睇書、打機、喊ｅｔｃ

都可以係減壓方法～～

希望你搵到合適的方法去幫助自己！！

最後...其實學業只係生活的一部份~並不是全部。

成績好與壞都不代表什麼~~最重要活得開心呢~
