			  <description>梦是人在睡眠过程中的一种正常生理现象。每个人都会做梦只是有多、有少；有的醒后记忆犹新，有的模糊不清或觉察不出。那些断言自己从未做过梦的人，只不过是忘记了而已。因此，对于做梦不必大惊小怪。当然，如果做梦过多，影响正常的睡眠，醒后头脑昏沉，精神恍惚，全身疲惫无力，梦境仍久久缠结脑中不散，这就属于病态，有损于身体的健康。
