對於很多事情只想漠視想逃避想就這樣放著不管,覺得努力了也不會有好結果

自己現在有些怨天尤人,覺得嘗試去做去努力已經沒有用了

有時候出去散步回來還是一樣累,明明沒做什麼卻還是會累

對人沒有熱情,失去了衝勁

有時候甚至很想跟別人吵架,看這樣危機感會不會令自己清醒

這樣過很痛苦,但我不知道怎麼擺脫它</description>

行屍走肉的生活你覺得痛苦,  散步又覺得累, 努力又認為不會有好結果

我建議你看心理醫生, 或叫供你衣食住行的人中斷對你的支援

讓你試試生活迫人, 為口奔馳的滋味,  沒有了依賴, 你再懶也要想辦法找吃的, 住的

即使借, 也要開口, 也要上街 ...

票就是買了 已經沒有回頭路  自此做任何事,我都會先破釜沈舟,不讓自己有後退的路
