我建議你應該要儘早將手頭上有既野做完，

例如知道有咩功課要係後日交既，

今日有時間就應該做埋佢，

以免及後有更多功課而做唔切，

加重自己既壓力。

至於點樣減壓，

最好既莫過於做運動啦，

因為運動可使腦部釋放化學物質，

令人感到輕鬆舒暢，

所以我建議你星期六日唔駛返學就做多d運動，

畢竟小學每星期既PE堂較少。

最重要都係保持心境開朗啦，先可以正面去面對挑戰。Add oil!!!</description>
