步驟:(1) 焗爐預熱至170 度。牛油與糖霜拌勻，然後拌入蛋。

(2) 麵粉、可可粉與鹽篩勻，與蛋漿拌勻，再加入杏仁碎拌勻。

(3) 將1 湯匙曲奇料滾成球形，表面黏上碎朱古力粒，壓平成塊狀。入焗爐用170 度焗20 分鐘，即可享用。
