			  <description>在11年3月1號起租，近日業主賣樓，我先至知原來當年業主在租約上只寫左租用一年(當年口頭講原本是一年死，一年生約)，在12年的3月在双方同意下，仲加左$200租，租金是$7500，在業主與新買家黎睇樓時，各方都同意我住到2013年3月(當時大家都冇留意原來租約書面上其實係過期)，現在問題出現了，因為業主後黎同新買家簽左12月交吉，要求我搬，其實業主老婆私下話補4個月比我，所以我都另找地方，當佢知到我比唔到個交吉期就夾硬黎，現在作出一個月通知及出左律師信，一係就11月起交双倍租，希望大家比D意見！唔該晒！我可以點做呢？(當然補償果4個月都冇了及佢話佢地賠左訂比人)</description>

2:不是夾硬黎，預早1個月通知，巳是租務條例及慣常做法！

3:租約巳滿，佢有權即做回！

4:各方都同意我住到2013年3月，你有証據就告佢地，冇証據帮5到你！

佢已巾足租務條例，我覺得他的做法冇問題！

就算2年租約，其中1方生約期間1個月通知，1樣要走！</description>
