整朱古力芝士蛋糕 (卡夫CREAM CHEESE個盒上面個食譜),雪既唔駛焗~

做餅底既牛油用一舊舊果D跟住隔水融左佢, 定係溶液?

入面有一項係奶油, 只係將佢輕輕調勻至泡沫狀

之後同其他野一齊撈埋~

之前見過有鮮奶油, 淡奶油

跟住唔同地方又有唔同叫法, 有D仲話奶油=牛油... 不過應該唔同, 同一個食譜又有寫牛油又有奶油, 應該唔係同一樣野

我去超市/賣呢D用品既店既時候, 應該買邊隻?</description>

			  <description>材料 :** 本人用7寸模做0既CAKE, 如果想個CAKE望落高身, 請用6寸模 **黑朱古力              75克麵粉                      2湯匙可可粉                  1/2湯匙忌廉芝士              250克忌廉                      1/4量杯雞蛋                      1隻雲呢拿油              1/2茶匙砂糖                      50克餅底 : 消化餅OR朱古力餅       80克牛油                                30克餅底做法 :1.    先弄碎餅底, 之後將餅碎放入一個器皿內2.    叮溶牛油, 之後將牛油加入餅碎內, 伴圴之後就放入餅模壓實, 放入雪櫃內待用蛋糕餡做法 :( 以下係唔需要用電動打蛋機, 我覺得唔用會好D, 唔會入左太多0既空氣 )先預熱焗爐 150度1.    先將芝士放室溫放軟, 之後分幾之加入砂糖, 慢慢攪至無糖粒係芝士入面2.    叮溶朱古力, 待暖後加入雞蛋黃, 待用 , 而蛋白留用3.    將芝士漿入加雲呢拿油, 之後再加入忌廉, 同埋蛋白, 4.    再加入朱古力漿, 同埋慢慢將篩過的麵粉用刀刮拌入芝士漿5.    倒入蛋糕模入, 用150度焗50-60分鐘6.    放涼後入雪櫃雪最少3小時 (可加裝飾 )*****************   完成   *******************</description>
