其實好5好味就要睇個個廚師點做湯

仲有冇野係十全十美~~一定有壞處

人蔘雞湯

材料:

土雞1隻

人蔘1根; 枸杞1匙; 紅棗7-8個; 黃耆3片; 鹽2匙

米酒1匙

做法:

1.將雞肉用水煮開去除血水洗淨。

2.再將鍋中煮開的水中放入全部材料，煮約40-50分鐘。

3.起鍋時加入米酒即可。</description>
