			  <description>第一招：和胃消積茶：山楂10克，麥芽15克，萊菔子15克，綠茶3克。前三味，加適量清水，大火煮沸，小火煮15分鐘後加入綠茶，加蓋燜5分鐘即成，隨時飲用。可消食化積，適用於食積、消化不良症。

　　第二招：白蘿蔔汁：白蘿蔔500克，切成細絲放入榨汁機中榨汁，燉熱後內服。用於食肉過多而致的食積。

　　第三招：陳皮白術散：陳皮100克，白術100克，一同放入研缽內，搗爛備用。服用時取20克，另用木香5克，煎煮約5~10分鐘，去渣留汁，送服陳皮白術散。具有補脾和中、益胃燥濕的功效，尤其對於平素脾胃虛弱、飲食不化有較好的療效。

　　第四招：枳術湯：白術6克，枳實3克，麥芽10克，蓮葉5克，上述用料一同放入鍋內，加適量水煎湯約150毫升，溫服。具有健脾消食的功效，對由消化不良引起的腹脹有較好的療效。

　　第五招：大米茶粥：大米100克，茶葉6克。將大米淘凈，放入鍋內，加適量水；再將茶葉用沸水沖泡6分鐘，取茶葉汁倒入鍋內，與大米共煮成粥即可食用。具有健脾益氣、消積化滯的作用。</description>
