			  <description>肌肉委縮千萬不要以深蹲做為復健的運動訓練。因為委縮的肌肉是張力變高。收縮性變差。強度太高的拉扯容易造成撕裂與發炎疼痛。建議還是伸展為主。再加強肌力。訓練肌力肌肉才會增長。
