好怕比別人笑醜...

在電腦鏡頭裏很醜...

怎麼辦好????

然後我算是瘦 希望能增肥bmi能達標達到正常bmi值平常不做運動 但也不喜歡運動想問一下甚麼食物會比較有多一點卡路里？我不是希望能變成很美只是希望成為有自信的人不為外貌自卑我相信有自信才會有魅力?希望能解答一下我的問題
